1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and Flow Vertex Core Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), regarding your access to and use of flow-vertexcore.click and any related professional consulting services, technical audits, and engineering assessments.

By accessing this website, requesting a diagnostic audit, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) with Flow Vertex Core Co., Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Professional Consulting & Diagnostic Services

Flow Vertex Core Co., Ltd. provides specialized technical consulting services, including mobile push notification telemetry audits, response attribution architecture reviews, and delivery latency diagnostics. All consulting engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work executed between the Company and the Client, which define specific project scopes, milestones, deliverables, and fees.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in a specific written agreement:

• All source code, website designs, text, graphics, logos, and technical articles published on this website are the proprietary property of Flow Vertex Core Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Thailand and international conventions.
• Custom code deliverables, pull requests, and telemetry specifications developed specifically for a Client under an executed Statement of Work become the intellectual property of the Client upon receipt of full payment.

4. Confidentiality & Code Repository Access

In the course of performing diagnostic audits, Flow Vertex Core Co., Ltd. may receive access to Client proprietary source code, push gateway credentials, and system architecture documentation. We maintain strict non-disclosure obligations:

• Client source code and technical data are used exclusively for conducting the authorized audit.
• Test devices, logs, and sandbox credentials are scrubbed upon completion of the engagement.
• We execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to accessing any proprietary Client environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Flow Vertex Core Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational interruptions resulting from the implementation of technical recommendations.
• In all circumstances, the total cumulative liability of Flow Vertex Core Co., Ltd. arising under any engagement shall be limited to the total consulting fees paid by the Client to the Company for the specific service giving rise to liability.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or consulting engagements shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
